Our Story

In a city like Spokane, with a thriving foodie scene that offers residents and visitors cuisines from around the world, it’s no surprise that our story begins in the restaurant industry. As a Spokane native, our founder started his professional journey working in the restaurant business. While performing his duties in that role, he discovered a passion for cleaning windows.

What sparked his interest in this industry? The answer is simple—he noticed how much cleaner and brighter the restaurant looked when he finished washing the windows. After leaving his position in a restaurant, he started our company and offered window washing services to some of the restaurants where he used to work.

As they say, the rest is history.

The passion we have today for making our clients happy draws a direct line from these humble origins. While A&W Window Cleaning has grown in capability and reputation, we remain grounded. Our clients range from small business owners to large operations, such as hospitals and commercial buildings. We also take pride in cleaning windows for our loyal residential homeowners.

In 2021, Spokane area non-profit, Skils’kin, purchased A&W and retained the name due to the loyal customer base. We remain committed to providing outstanding services throughout the inland northwest.

When we set out to build a window-washing business, we wanted to focus on commercial clients. However, thanks to the high demand we received from word-of-mouth referrals, we quickly realized that homeowners need help keeping their windows clean, too.
